Dr. Anderson earned his doctor of philosophy degree in 2001 from Oxford Graduate School’s American Centre for Religion and Society Studies in the U.S., while studying and defending his essays at Oxford University in England. He is an author, frequent speaker at stewardship seminars and a certified church growth consultant who earned the coveted title CFRE (Certified Fund Raising Executive). Clif was given the National Circuit Rider Award by the United Methodist Church in 1995 for outstanding leadership in developing vital congregations. He has been an ordained minister of the United Methodist Church since 1975, served in pastoral ministry for 20 years, and is married and living in Little Rock, Arkansas.

After serving local churches for 11 years, he taught pastoral theology at the University of Dubuque Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Jan, are the parents of two children. They’re also co-authors of Ministry and Money: A Practical Guide for Pastors and the 2012 United Methodist Guidelines for Finance Committees. His new book, The Face of Forgiveness: A Pastoral Theology of Shame and Redemption, was published in June 2016.

He is responsible for oversight and administration of United Methodist global financial resources, statistical data collection, insurance products and legal interests of the church, among other areas of administrative ministry. Moses has established and implemented an innovative vision for the services provided by GCFA to increase its servant ministry and responsibilities to the people of The United Methodist Church. He plans to share not only financial insights for growing stewardship, but also experiences and inspirations from the churches he serves.

Aimée is a sought-after consultant, trainer and speaker whose areas of expertise include diversity in development, the implications of donor demographics in faith-based giving, creating a culture of generosity, expanding the understanding of philanthropy, and the spirituality of fundraising. As owner and lead consultant for ALlyd Image Solutions, Aimée has served in leadership roles at a variety of mission-driven agencies in the health, human services and community development fields. With more than two decades of experience, she has presented at more than 90 congregations, seminaries, development conferences, and leadership training events through her posts as Associate Director of Lake Institute on Faith & Giving, Director of Seminary Advancement for Christian Theological Seminary and in her consulting role. Specializing in facilitation, strategic planning and outcomes-based measurement, her work can be seen through more than 100 non-profit agencies. She currently dedicates her time as a philanthropic strategist for the first PhD in African American Preaching and Sacred Rhetoric. Her most important self-described accomplishments include a successful marriage of 22 years to Aaron, and her greatest calling, being a mother to Lydia, Noah and Andrew.

Rusty has written about stewardship and generosity since 2008, and has produced several e-books on topics that impact giving cultures within the church. He is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) and a member of the Association of Fund Raising Professionals (AFP). Rusty serves as coordinator for Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University and is a Certified Financial Coach. He and his wife, Andrea, live in the St. Louis area. They are proud parents of two grown children and one granddaughter.

Richard brings a unique blend of business savvy and passion for the local church to his work with Horizons. Working with pastors and church leaders, Richard aspires to raise levels of generosity in the church to enable God’s vision to become a reality. In his early career, he worked as a manager for a Fortune 500 company, but a response to a capital campaign prayer led him into ministry to serve as a church administrator. Throughout Richard’s tenure in the local church, his leadership and focus on faith development helped his congregation experience a 70 percent increase in giving to the annual ministry plan. Most recently, he has focused his stewardship teachings on electronic giving through his book, The E-Giving Guide for Every Church: Using Digital Tools to Grow Ministry (Abingdon Press, 2016). Clayton became executive pastor of generosity at The United Methodist Church of the Resurrection in the greater Kansas City, Missouri area in September 2005 after 25 years as a senior pastor in several churches. He leads the ministry areas of stewardship, development and generosity, offering oversight and support to giving campaigns. He consults with churches on stewardship and financial campaigns, speaks at conferences and leads faith-based programs that help people with personal financial stewardship. As senior pastor at Schweitzer United Methodist Church, he received the denomination’s Circuit Rider Award for Church Growth. His book, Propel: Good Stewardship – Greater Generosity, was published in March 2015. Clayton and his wife, Lori, have four children and two grandchildren, and love horses, gardening, golf and travel.

Dr. David A. Waganer has a wealth of pastoral experience ranging from pulpit leadership to professional publications.  From 1973 to 1990, he provided leadership as the Senior Pastor for a number of churches.  From 1990 to the present, he has been providing leadership through 20 churches’ transitional periods as the Interim or Transitional Pastor.  He received his Doctorate of Ministry from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He also holds two Masters Degrees from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He also served on the Baptist State Convention staffs in South Carolina, Oklahoma, and Missouri. He retired as Executive Coordinator for the national Stewardship Development Association in December 2017. He is a writer, serves as a Transitional Pastor Trainer and actively proclaims the Word of God. His wife of 45 years, Karen, supports him as she shares his call into ministry by providing prayer support and by finding channels of ministry that utilize her strengths. David and Karen have two grown children who actively serve the Lord through their local churches. Each of their children is involved in learning about the Lord through local congregations. David and Karen have six grandchildren.
